samsung poor service

I want to share my experience with the common people regarding poor samsung service and product.
I thought Samsung to be a reputed company and being a MNC  i thought its service to be amongst the best.But  against my knowledge i have been facing some blockade problem in the refrigerator for the past two years and no permanent solution has been provided to me. the problem arises every 5 months and the service-man fails to identify the real problem inside the equipment.
recently my fridge went down on 24th may and was temporarily repaired but again it went down on 27th may and till now my complain has not been rectified.I am facing huge difficulty in storing food articles and everything is being spoiled. i am facing huge difficulty in this regard
   This blog has been written for public interest so that other people who are going to buy a Samsung product are cautioned.
